How I work

A few rules I keep coming back to, in projects and in trainings.

  1. Boundaries first

    Clear module boundaries and dependency rules before features. That's what keeps a codebase changeable.

  2. Judgment over volume

    AI writes code fast. Deciding what belongs in the codebase is still the job.

  3. Small contracts

    Narrow inputs and outputs, documentation next to the code. People and LLMs read the same contract.

  4. Teach the team

    I'd rather leave a team that decides well than a codebase only I understand.
